No Time to Lose – Supporting Over 50s This Winter14th November from 10:30 – 11:30am

Age Scotland talk through the unique challenges faced by Scotland’s older population and share how they can help your 50+ year-old service users. Plus, learn how you too can support people in improving their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing this winter. Please note much of the content will be nation specific to Scotland.

Community Guiders: Expanding support for relational advice, 19th November from 10 – 11am

Gain insights and learn lessons from Faith in Community Dundee who’ll share how they’re embedding Cash First approaches by training and supporting volunteers to help tackle poverty. There will be a Q&A to support experience exchange amongst practitioners and explore how key partners in other communities can build similar training courses and support systems.

Introduction to the Money Guiders Scotland Network, 26th November from 11am – 12pm

A relaxed and informative session to learn about the support available through the Money Guiders Scotland Network with opportunity to network and build connections with fellow money guidance practitioners – new and existing members all welcome!

A Practical Guide to Managing Team Wellbeing, 27th November from 10am – 12pm

The last of the four-part diet of wellbeing workshops in 2024, this session is aimed at anyone interested in the strategic side of managing wellbeing. A workshop particularly useful for those who manage team wellbeing such as seniors, leads managers as well as HR staff, trustee/board members and senior management.

‘Tis the Season to Spot and Stop Scams! 3rd December from 10 – 11am

Learn about scams from the experts at Trading Standards Scotland who will share how to spot and stop scams to protect you and your clients. With scams and fraud becoming more intricate and challenging to identify, it’s never been more important to be scam-aware! Please note much of the content will be nation specific to Scotland.
