The Citizens Advice Scotland Help to Claim service is trialling a call back service. If you require our assistance, you now have the option to request a call back from one of our advisers.
If your query is about a new Universal Credit claim (up to the first full and correct payment) and you would like to receive a call back, please submit this self-referral form and one of our advisers will contact you within 2 working days.
Please note that call backs will be available exclusively between 8am and 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Calls may come from a withheld or 0800 number.
If arranging a call back will delay your UC claim, you may prefer to contact us by phone or webchat. You will not have any entitlement to UC until your claim is submitted. You can contact us by:
– calling the free HTC Helpline on 0800 023 2581 (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
– webchat on the Citizens Advice Scotland website: https://www.cas.org.uk/helptoclaim
If you’re looking for different advice, you can use our public advice website www.citizensadvice.org.uk/scotland or find your local bureau on the Citizens Advice Scotland page: www.cas.org.uk
