Providing ‘key messages’ about winter fuel payment changes for pension aged tax credits claimants in a factsheet issued to stakeholders last week and not available for publication, the DWP confirms that people over pension age who continue to receive tax credits in the week 16 to 22 September 2024, with an annual award of at least £26, could still qualify for winter fuel payment.
