This is an appeal about Adult Disability Payment
This appeal raises issues about procedure before the FTS when determining appeals about ADP, and in particular its inquisitorial function and powers to request further evidence. The appeal also raises issues about the conditions which must be met to qualify for ADP: the connection required between the condition suffered and limitations on claimants performing activities in schedule 1 to the 2022 Regulations; and the proper approach to scoring activities.
