Scottish Government publishes draft Disability Assistance for Older People Regulations

Draft regulations setting out the rules and eligibility criteria for Pension Age Disability Payment.

Pension Age Disability Payment (formerly known as Disability Assistance for Older People) will replace Attendance Allowance (AA) and supports older people who have a disability that means they need assistance with looking after themselves, or supervision to keep them safe.
