A reminder that the Citizen’s Rights Project have funding by the Home Office to provide people with support in applying for their eVisa.
As you will recall, all Biometric Residency Permits (BRPs) had an expiry date of 31/12/2024 on them, which didn’t mean that the holder’s leave to remain expired on that date, but rather that their BRP ceased to be a valid form of evidencing their immigration status on that date.
The Home Office later extended the use of BRPs for travel purposes up until 1st June 2025, but after this date, all visa holders will be required to have an eVisa in order to evidence their immigration status. All other paper forms of evidence of leave to remain also cease to be valid proof of immigration status.
Please see below poster for details of the support available and how to contact CRP. If you are able to print and display a poster anywhere within your premises, CRP would very much appreciate that.
