ADM Memo 09/23: UC – Changes to Benefit Cap annual limit 2023

This memo provides guidance on the Benefit Cap (Annual Limit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023
which changes the annual limit for the purpose of the benefit cap. These regulations came into
force on 1.4.23. and extend to England, Wales, and Scotland.
