Mental Health Awareness Week – Stress Management Workshop for Money Guiders

When: Thursday, 16th May, 11:30am-12:30pm

What to expect: In support of Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, we’re delivering another stress management workshop (online via Teams) to explore different techniques to help you prioritise and focus at work, including therapeutic administration and boundary setting. Grab your work ‘to-do’ list and join this relaxed, practical session to support your wellbeing at work. Please note this is the same session as was run on April 25th & 29th, 2024

What you need to know about credit reports

When: Tuesday, 28th May, from 11:00am-12:00pm

What to expect: This informative webinar will cover ‘need-to-know’ information about credit reports, including how they work, what’s recorded and how it impacts credit scores. It’ll also cover how to access free credit reports and why checking them regularly can help spot financial fraud. This session will be led by a colleague from Experian, and facilitated by the Money Guiders Scotland Network.
