New advisor microsite for TV Licence concessions

Our new advisor microsite for TV Licence concessions
At TV Licensing, we work with organisations across the UK to help people who are in need of extra support manage their payments.

Licence fee concessions are available to the following groups: If the licence holder is 75 years or older and they, or their partner living at the same address, receive Pension Credit, they can apply for a free TV Licence. Anyone who is blind (severely sight impaired) is eligible for a 50% concession on their TV Licence. This licence will also cover anyone they live with. Some residential care homes; supported housing; and sheltered accommodation are eligible for a discounted TV Licence. To assist you in advising your clients about the support available, we have developed a new microsite with all the information you need about TV Licence concessions.

Here you can check whether your customer is eligible for a concession.

There is also a handy video that explains the discounts, who can get one, and how to apply.
