Stakeholder Survey 2022-2023

Researchers in Social Security Scotland are running a short survey for people who engage with Social Security Scotland or support our clients. It gives you a chance to tell us about your experience of engaging with us over the past year.

The survey is open to everyone who works in partnership with Social Security Scotland or supports our clients. It is not about the experiences of people who have input into the design of social security in Scotland, which sits with our colleagues in the Scottish Government.

Completing the survey will take around 15 minutes. Taking part is voluntary and your responses will be confidential. After the survey closes, we might carry out some short interviews to gather more examples. The survey asks if you would like to opt in to a potential follow-up interview.

We would like to hear from as many people as possible. Please feel free to share this survey with others who engage with Social Security Scotland or our clients:

Your views help us to understand if we are delivering the commitments of Our Charter and what improvements we can make. We also survey our clients and our colleagues. All of this contributes to the Charter Measurement Framework results that we publish annually.

If there’s more we can do to help you to take part, or if you would like to speak to a researcher instead of completing the survey, please let us know. You can contact us by emailing or you can phone us on 0800 029 4974, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
