In force from April 2024, this order provides for the up-rating of:
- social security benefits and pensions (Part 2)
- income support and housing benefit (Part 3)
- jobseeker’s allowance (Part 4)
- state pension credit (Part 5)
- employment and support allowance (Part 6)
- universal credit (Part 7)
The explanatory memorandum notes that the Scottish Government is responsible for bringing forward corresponding provision in respect of the devolved benefits.
