Third Party Guide – to support households required to make a move to Universal Credit

This information pack has been designed to aid organisations supporting households which are required to move to Universal Credit from legacy benefits, as part of Managed Migration, also called ‘Move to UC’.

• Further information specifically for Pension Aged Tax Credit customers being asked to move to Universal Credit or Pension Credit will be produced as a separate pack and shared in June.
