The cost of living crisis places a financial strain on
households, and we’re pleased to share how we’ve made
a positive impact in Aberdeen City for the financial year
2022-23, as outlined in the Annual Outcome Improvement Report.
We have helped save households in Aberdeen City £134,464.52 on their energy bills. Additionally, we’ve participated in community events, organized by Aberdeen City Council and our partners to
ensure we’re supporting our customers in every way possible.
We’ve witnessed a 20% increase in referrals, with over 2,500 requests for fuel poverty support and almost 2,000 direct inquiries, primarily from individuals facing fuel poverty. Our commitment to our customers remains as we navigate these challenging times together.
