  • Protecting your wellbeing – focusing on self-care, boundaries, and mindfulness technique, 4 Oct (waitlist)
  • Talking about wellbeing – discussing why and how to open conversations about your own or others’ wellbeing, 1 Nov
  • Manager wellbeing training – exploring how to create a well workplace culture. 6 Dec (waitlist)
