The team at Money Advice Scotland and I are delighted to have the opportunity to share, learn, and collaborate with you all in building our collective skills and knowledge to deliver good money guidance. I wanted to take this opportunity to say ‘hello’, let you know about our April Network events, as well as remind you about your data.

Events

April is in full swing and we’re looking forward to our upcoming online events which as always, are free to join and provide opportunity to learn and connect with others. First up, we have two Stress Management Workshops to mark April being Stress Awareness Month, followed by our ‘MoneyHelper, and the Money Guiders Scotland Network – Meet the new team’ event which will be co-hosted by MaPS and Money Advice Scotland. Please seedetails of each event, below. If you haven’t already booked a place, there’s still time to register and come along!

Stress Management Workshop for Money Guiders

When: Thursday, 25th April from 1pm – 2pm & Monday, 29th April from 10am – 11am

What to expect: The stress management workshops will provide a safe space to talk about some of the pressures and stresses we encounter in the workplace. We’ll explore practical ways to combat stress using the power of ‘to-do’ lists and what considerations to make so that your list can work for you, rather than against you. The session will also touch on considerations for prioritising, staying focused, and boundary setting. Grab your work ‘to-do’ list and join this relaxed, practical session to support your wellbeing at work.

How to book: Visit the new Money Guider Scotland Network Eventbrite page here to book on either session.
