Winter Heating Payment has replaced Cold Weather Payment in Scotland.
It is an automatic, reliable £50 payment eligible people will receive each year. Is not triggered by the weather and there’s no need to apply. Payments will begin in February, and continue into March.
If you are eligible you will receive a letter to let you know you are getting the payment.
